THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: 

The Supply Chain systems Sr. IT Analyst of Supply chain systems will support Inventory, Logistics execution and Sales & Distribution modules of SAP S4 HANA and SAP ECC Warehouse Management . This resource also will support integration of SAP S4 HANA with Manhattan WMS system, and other applications at ULTA like SAP Mobility, IBM Order Management System, SAP CAR, WCS and Analytic tools.  This resource needs to have hands on experience with SAP logistics modules, and functional knowledge for system integration work. This role will be working closely with the business and other cross functional IT teams on project and support functions.   They will work closely with cross functional areas to formulate scope and requirements to meet the business need.  This role will be part of high performing team in the IT supply chain area of Ulta.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL THESE GOALS BY: 

1. Functional and configuration responsibility for Supply Chain Applications for project, support, and reporting in SAP modules
2. Responsible for providing functional support for reporting in SAP and other warehouse management systems
3. Coordinate with IT Operations, Business team and consulting partners in Project implementations, testing issues and working on enhancement/production support requests
4. Collaborate with other teams of IT outside Supply Chain
5. Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
6. Work closely with key business partners during entire lifecycle of the project
7. Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues
8. Explore and recommend solutions to business requirements and issues
9. Lead and document requirement sessions for project and enhancement work in Supply Chain area
10. Support functional and performance testing in IT Supply chain area
11. Use other applications such as JIRA and Share Point

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: 

• 5+ years hands on experience with SAP ECC IM/WM, LE modules configuration as functional and/or support analyst.
• 2+ years hands on experience with SAP S4 HANA LE modules configuration as functional and/or support analyst
• Experience in SD module, integration knowledge with Analytic systems is strongly desirable
• Strong Integration knowledge in Supply Chain systems, particularly SAP with external systems.
• SAP Integration experience using ETL tools like SAP TIBCO/BODS/IDOC’s.
• Integration experience with Manhattan WMS, SAP mobility, IBM Order Management System and SAP CAR is a huge plus.
• Proven track record in providing superior production support.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, etc.
• Good understanding on batch jobs and their dependencies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal and active listening traits
• Strong leadership skills in accountability and customer focus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Customer Service/relationship focus
• Flexibility of providing support during odd hours and peak seasons
• Bachelor’s degree
• Be proactive and ability to catch issues before failures
