- Partner with business units / plants to integrate people strategies with overall organizational strategy.
- Address HR related trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, plans, tools, and develop forward thinking solutions.
- Ensure HR programs, processes and services delivery are based on the business environment/strategy and talent implications by working with CoE’s, HR Ops, and HR Leaders.
- Function as a strategic thought partner to collaborate with and influence the decisions of business unit / plant leaders.
- Partner with business / plant leaders and HR CoE’s to provide HR solutions to meet business needs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and priorities, particularly in the areas of performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Provide leadership to the business maintaining strategic alignment between the business and HR policies and programs.
- Provide HR consulting services to business /plant leaders as it relates to Human Resources programs and policies, often encompassing all areas of Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years relevant HRBP or Sr. HR Generalist experience with considerable experience in one or more of the following: compensation, associate relations, talent management, continuous process improvement, change management, D & I, and OD.
- Outstanding leadership and coaching skills
- Experience in consulting with business units about workforce planning, talent assessments and performance management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing a variety of human capital strategies in support of business objectives and goals.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations as it pertains to employment related matters.
- Experience managing other HR teams.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with all levels within the organization.
