As an HRBP, you will be a trusted partner to our leadership teams and employees, providing comprehensive HR support, driving performance management, coaching, succession planning, and fostering employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with company leaders, aligning HR practices with company policies, federal and state laws, and best practices. By improving work relationships, boosting morale, increasing productivity, and enhancing retention, you'll create an environment where our employees thrive and flourish.
You will be at the forefront of performance management, guiding employees and leaders through coaching, counseling, career development, and training. Resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting objective investigations, you'll ensure a harmonious and supportive work environment.
Your keen analysis of trends will drive the development of innovative solutions, programs, and policies. Collaborating with company leaders, the Compensation Center of Excellence (COE), and the HRIS team, you'll shape new positions and job descriptions that align with our mission and vision.

Qualifications
If you have at least four years of Human Resources experience, along with a solid understanding of various HR disciplines and employment laws, you are one step closer to making a profound impact on the lives of our patients and team members. A bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field will elevate your candidacy.

Pay Range
$29.1 - $42.20 /hour
