The Senior HRIS Analyst functions as the business application lead for HCM technology functional area(s), including HR Operations (Case Management, Knowledge, User Experience, Chatbot and Dashboards/Analytics), Total Rewards (Payroll, Time, Compensation & Benefits), and Talent (Performance, Talent Profile, Learning & Recruitment), ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of approved business reporting, analytics and technical solutions. Demonstrates technical and analytical skills and business knowledge in Human Resources and other business applications. Identifies, manages projects, develops, tests and deploys technical HCM business solutions based on business requirements. Ensures security and data integrity are maintained at all times. Partners with necessary internal and external stakeholders, vendors and leaders to coordinate deployments and mitigate risk. Takes initiative and exercises independent judgment to learn and resolve business challenges. Acts when necessary to resolve issues. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
Four (4) years of professional HR and/or information systems related experience.

- Ability to occasionally use small hand tools and be able to manipulate small equipment components such as screws, nuts, or other fastening devices as usually found on computer equipment.

- Ability to travel to any area of the organization, both local and remote as needed. Must provide own transportation.
