Sr Hris Analyst Job

The Senior HRIS Analyst functions as the business application lead for HCM technology functional area(s), including HR Operations (Case Management, Knowledge, User Experience, Chatbot and Dashboards/Analytics), Total Rewards (Payroll, Time, Compensation & Benefits), and Talent (Performance, Talent Profile, Learning & Recruitment), ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of approved business reporting, analytics and technical solutions.  Demonstrates technical and analytical skills and business knowledge in Human Resources and other business applications.  Identifies, manages projects, develops, tests and deploys technical HCM business solutions based on business requirements.  Ensures security and data integrity are maintained at all times.  Partners with necessary internal and external stakeholders, vendors and leaders to coordinate deployments and mitigate risk.  Takes initiative and exercises independent judgment to learn and resolve business challenges.  Acts when necessary to resolve issues.  Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.

Four (4) years of professional HR and/or information systems related experience.

High school and eight (8) years of directly related experience in lieu of education and experience requirements or a combination of education and experience.

• Designs, develops, tests and deploys technical approved HCM business solutions
• Analyzes business and technical problems, to identify and propose technical solutions
• Project manages solutions for HCM Technology functional areas
• Oversees system releases, fixes and patches for HCM Technology functional areas
• Develops reporting and operational system processes in support of HCM Technology functional areas
• Ensures security, integrity and confidentiality of all patient, business and human resource data are maintained
• Stays current on emerging Workday and other information technology relevant to HCM functional systems
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders such as IT, HR partners, ERP leads, Leadership and vendors to provide solutions and resolve problems. 
• Responds on a 24/7 on-call basis to address and resolve all application issues in a timely and professional manner
• Performs other job functions as assigned or requested

• Ability to interpret equipment status indicators to determine appropriate operating condition.  Indicators may include visual and/or auditory techniques or cues.
• Ability to work varying hours due to the accessibility of individuals or equipment involved in different projects, the need to minimize enterprise downtime or user interruption, or to recover from hardware or software failures.
• Will occasionally experience stressful working conditions due to tight project schedules and hardware or software problems.
• Ability to occasionally use small hand tools and be able to manipulate small equipment components such as screws, nuts, or other fastening devices as usually found on computer equipment.
• Subject to regular periods of repetitive hand motion in the operation of computer terminals and other equipment.

• Ability to travel to any area of the organization, both local and remote as needed.  Must provide own transportation.
