The HRIS Analyst partners with HR directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. This position will provide support for Diversicare and Core Long Term Care Services (CLTCS).

Responsibilities- Serve as a central resource, working with HR, IT, finance, and other stakeholders to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
- Collaborates with Human Resources leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HR-related systems used in the organization (e.g., UKG, PeopleNet, iCIMS, Tableau, etc.).
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintains HRMS system tables. Documents process and results.
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users.
- Through CLTCS, our sister company, will work with external organizations to effectively implement interfaces from outside vendors and systems into the Diversicare/CLTCS platform.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Four (4) years of working with an HRIS, CRM, ATS or similar application used to manage employee data preferred.
- Four (4) years of human resources or related experience preferred.
- Proven track record to drive HRIS changes and manage HRIS responsibilities relating to projects with success.
- Solid understanding of HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, and scheduling solutions; UKG Pro required and UKG Dimensions preferred.
- Business Intelligence (BI) - People Analytics (Cognos Preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems, Computer Science or related field.
