Job Description
Bachelor's degree required with 3 years of experience in Human Resources; Payroll and Benefits Specialist. Administer and enroll employees into our benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision plans, and life insurance plans. Assist employees with benefit inquiries and help them navigate through the enrollment process. Compile data and analyze past and current year training requirements. Assist with the creation and implementation of a performance management process. Support the leave management process for all employees FMLA, Medical, STD,LTD). Assist with administration of Worker’s Compensation policies and procedures. Serves as payroll backup and assist in processing payroll. Coordinate site approval and work with local schools/colleges. Perform other duties as assigned.
