- Update employee information in HRIS
- Investigate employee relations issues as needed with managers
- Draft disciplinary memos as necessary
- Assist with the company's Family Medical Leave Act policy as well as other leaves
Training Responsibilities:
- Administers the day-to-day operations of the company's training platform - KnowledgeWorx
- Distribute company policies
- Update and upload training objects through Biz Library
Other General Responsibilities:
- Maintains job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Assist employees with benefit, payroll & timekeeping issues
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
