We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Representative who will play a vital role in implementing new HR policies at our recently acquired site. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of best practices across the entire site. Role And Responsibilities

  • Leading day-to-day payroll administration, including weekly payroll processing, and acting as initial degree of contract for inquiries and issues related to payroll.
  • Main point of contact for operations team, including Director of Operations.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Prepare, review, interpret and analyze a variety of data, information and reports and make recommendations on findings.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition during operational changes
  • Responsible for entering employee data and ensuring accuracy within the HRIS System
  • Delivers training related to Human Resources programs.
  • Supports HR group by contributing to ongoing process improvements in the HR department.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • 3+ years HR experience supporting a business with a large number of hourly personnel
  • Strong of employment laws and other government compliance regulations
  • Experience with Workday and ADP Preferred
  • Strong background using MS Office Suite - Excel and PowerPoint a must

Education /Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources Management or other related degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work: exerting up to 15 - 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Daily walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for sustained periods of time.
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, expansive reading, etc.
