TTEC Digital is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our TTEC Digital Consulting team based.
What you'll bring us
- Understand the company’s goals and initiatives for the overall business and the practices.
- Deliver talent solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business.
- Collaborate with a team of Human Capital professionals to deliver outstanding talent initiatives to the business.
- Show up as a "Trusted Advisor" with key leaders at multiple levels.
- Partner with and leverage COE teams across human capital, IT, payroll, legal, and team colleagues across the globe.
- Leverage and lead with reporting and data to drive analytics to better understand talent aligned to business results.
- Participate in leadership meetings and drive the talent agenda.
- Participate on project teams for company driven initiatives requiring a people and culture perspective.
What skills you'll need
- University Degree
- Strong understanding of TTEC's Digital business, core values, and goals
- Minimum of 8 years of technical consulting related HR experience
- Plus to have experience in management consulting and professional services
- Strong knowledge in multiple HR disciplines (total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, training, etc.)
- Proven ability to build relationships of trust with leadership (Vice President+)
- Ability to influence leaders and teams of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes
- Strong communication skills; change management experience
- Ability to coach people leaders
- Global experience in a relative industry (tech, consulting, professional services)
- Plus to have HR COE expertise (learning, TR, TA, operations, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems, talent strategies, TR philosophies, TA approaches
- Passion for customer engagement
What you can expect
- The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $145,000 - $155,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels. This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program.
