Duties and Cor Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Paycor 's business and of the assigned business functions
- Build trusted relationships with executives, business function leaders and managers to enable consulting, coaching and mentoring
- Partner with Senior Leaders and HRBPs to set and implement the People strategy for the department
- Lead talent management practices to ensure organizational health and a pipeline of future leaders
- Participate in hiring and selection of candidates for critical Leadership positions
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase associate engagement and retention
- Participate in strategy development and organization design as HR scales with business growth
- Partner with management to communicate various HR related procedures, policies, laws, and standards
- Provide coaching to executives and managers ensuring timely and effective execution of all HR related processes and policies
- Resolve high impact employee relation issues
- Assist managers with performance management processes and procedures
- Guide employees and managers in employee relations conflict resolution
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- 7-10 years in Human Resources and/or organization development
- Demonstrated HR experience in a high-growth, fast-moving organization
- Experience supporting Sales organizations in a Business Partner capacity is highly preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- 4 year degree required, MBA or M.A. in related field preferred
- PHR designation a plus

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, $74,380 - $126,984 Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
