Sr. Graphic Designer, Motion

Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer is part of all creative concepts and creative meetings. Working within all brand guidelines for Zouk, and working in conjunction with resort marketing, to create any co-branded Zouk and resort marketing creative. Responsible for creating all artist marketing ad mats, overseeing Graphic Designer, and creating unique content for website.

Primary Job Duties – Includes, but is not limited to:

• Create Ad Mats for all Zouk venues ad needs for advertising, on-property, and digital.
• Create and edit all  outdoor marketing materials.
• Create static billboards for all venues.
• Produce digital billboards, on property collateral, and publication ads.
• Create unique content for all websites and third-party content needs that feature resort content.
• Assist with marketing presentation templates, inclusive of designing the templates for executive presentations.
• Create illustrations for concept ideas for pitch meetings.
• Produce main event graphics, social media graphics, OOH, print and animated graphics in a variety of ad sizes.
• Must be able to perform basic copywriting for assets and taglines.
• Coordinate workflow across internal and external creative teams.
• Manage creative production support staff and content contributors to assist with completion of creative job requests.
• Ability to communicate with creative and production teams and draft creative briefs.
• Ability to work in a deadline, metric-driven environment and handle multiple conflicting priorities.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• At least five years of previous experience as a Graphic Designer in a similar or related field.
• Understanding of analytical data and its role in content strategy and design.
• Proven experience with applying UX/UI best practices and brand standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital, print, graphics, and video asset specifications as it relates to production work.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to successfully mentor a team.
• At least 18 years of age.

Preferred: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
