Role Summary:
As the Executive Assistant to Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will play a critical role in supporting and managing their fast-paced working environment. You will be responsible for managing very complex calendaring and travel bookings, preparing and managing executive staff meetings, off-sites and assisting on projects where required.

What We Are Looking For?
  • An experienced senior Executive Assistant with proven past experience supporting C-Suite level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational expertise, including managing complex tasks and travel.
  • A cultural fit for the organization, serving as a brand ambassador and leading by example.
  • Proven experience in publicly traded companies or large organizations with a strong IQ/EQ, strong work ethic, attention to detail, charisma, calm nature, intuition, and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Willing to go above and beyond to ensure success and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates and maintains the entire calendar of the CPO by organizing and arranging meetings of which there are internal and external, conferences, and video conferences; prioritizing functions and appointments, and ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and logistics are handled without incident.
  • Enhances the CPO's work life by providing general assistance and organizational support on a daily basis. This may include engagement with internal and external clients and facilitation of many areas of interdepartmental communication.
  • Without involvement from the CPO; can proactively solve problems, manage resources, ensure tasks and assignments are completed, and meet necessary deadlines.
  • Sets up and arranges senior staff meetings, departmental meetings, meetings with external clients, and events, including travel logistics, agenda preparation, and general flow, to guarantee each meeting's success.
  • Plans and prepares for all CPO meetings, both internally and externally, by gathering information pertinent to the subject matter, and ensuring the CPO is knowledgeable about the meeting agenda and related topics well in advance of the meetings.
  • Implements continuous process enhancements utilizing technology and best practices to enhance the efficiency of executive office operations.
  • Debriefs the CPO on the state of significant projects, meeting action items outstanding, and any updates that the they need to be made aware of ahead of further meetings.
Key Requirements:
  • 10 years proven experience directly supporting and working with C-suite level executives is required.
  • Must understand the sensitive nature of working in the senior executive office and have good judgment, tact, and diplomacy, and maintain the highest levels of judgment and integrity is required.
  • Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with all levels within the organization including senior executives, vendors, media, and peers is required.
  • Ability to foresee future needs and act proactively to fulfill the business needs of executive leadership and be flexible in the face of changing priorities is required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and an impeccable attention to detail, with strong proofing and editing skills is required.
  • Competent in using technology to improve work efficiency. Super-user proficiency with the full G-Suite and zoom video conferencing is required.

The approximate annual compensation range is $78,000.00 - $90,000.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
