Job description

Magnolia Medical is hiring a hands-on Sr ERP Functional Analyst to perform business process analysis and support ongoing improvement and optimization related to our Supply Chain and Finance business systems. We are seeking an experienced individual with subject matter expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning, along with broad experience advancing technology solutions in support of business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with large scale ERP applications along with hands-on working knowledge in such areas as business process mapping, change management, data analysis, application support and system integration. Moreover, the candidate should be a strong collaborator that is comfortable interacting with team members across broad functional areas within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process discipline and ensuring organizational alignment and execution in all activities related to Finance and Supply Chain operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports the planning and execution of all Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality operations within the Dynamics 365 ERP System.
  • Partners with leadership on project prioritization, planning and resource allocation to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
  • Capable of designing new software solutions and tools by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and writing specifications.
  • Establish controls to proactively identify issues and inefficiencies to reduce adverse impacts.
  • Monitors and communicates project status and progress-to-plan for all business application improvement projects.
  • Ensures that project milestones are delivered on time and meet established goals and objectives.
  • Ensures cross-functional resources are assigned and held accountable for timely task completion.
  • Manages quality system documentation and revision to ensure compliance.
  • Actively anticipates risks and plans for mitigation. Participates in problem solving and triages solutions as issues arise.
  • Champions project management methodology, best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business and/or information technology
  • 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting ERP Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to hold project team members accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Experience and/or certifications in Microsoft technologies such as LCS, Power Platform and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience developing Work Instructions and Business Process Documentation.
  • Experience in Finance & Operations along with business process knowledge preferred.
  • Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or other regulated industry preferred.
  • Experience interfacing with Contract Manufacturing and 3PL operations is preferred.
  • 5-7+ years' experience in program or project management (PM); 3 years of project management in the medical device industry a plus.
  • Experience partnering with Product Development, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

This is a hybrid position located in our downtown Seattle office and performs in the office 3 days per week and remotely 2 days per week.
