ROLE
- Analyzes and delivers complex cross-functional business requirements and process flows.
- Performs gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, and makes recommendations on areas for continual process improvement.
- Executes and leads the development of technical specifications by collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, translating functional designs into technical designs, validating macro designs and reviewing micro designs.

- Designs, develops and executes testing protocols to include: unit testing, integration testing and system testing, as driven by the requirements.
- Performs systems and data analysis to understand functional design requirements and determine how the system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Assists teammates in growing and developing the skills necessary to grasp application concepts and tool suite.
- Manages, defines, drives and executes as needed, the implementation of configurations across applications and interfaces.
- Assists teammates in growing and developing the skills necessary to elicit and translate requirements into functional design.
- Identifies and resolves problems often anticipating issues before they occur or before they grow; develops and evaluates options and implements solutions.
- Develops and ensures adherence to establishment of standards, best practices, governances, and patterns.
- Acquires and maintains solid understanding of Procurement processes both strategic (i.e. supplier management, spend analytics, strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, contracting) and tactical (i.e. MRP, requisitioning, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing and payment).
- Responds to requests from IT and Business teams. Works from documented detailed business requirements in context of target business outcome. Considers business processes, data, business-user, and technology.
- Collaborates with both IT and Business partners to clarify requirements and to support development. Verifies solution proposal for business requirement coverage.
- Supports delivery of projects and enhancements. Clarifies requirements and performs supporting configuration as needed. Participates in and/or verifies solution design. Coaches business team on data activities and UAT.
REQUIRED
- 5+ years’ SAP Ariba experience.
- Minimum of 3 years functional analysis or similar experience and commitment to applying appropriate skills and effort to meet deliverables.
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Proven track record for successful implementation, delivery of projects and working cross-functionally with business and IS.
- Past experience in an Agile environment.
- Able to work independently.

Recommended
- Experience on SAP or other ERP implementation projects.
- 2-5 years’ Costco business knowledge.
- Proficient in the use of the Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, presentation.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Carts+) Portfolio & Program Management module.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft or Ariba software/systems preferred.

Level 2 - $95,000 - $125,000
Level 3 - $115,000 - $145,000
