The role of Metrology Equipment Engineer in the Photolithography Department has several challenges and requires carrying a pager and responding to requests timely. You will need exceptional teamwork and communication skills and to demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Customer Partnership, Innovation, and Commitment.
While this position is scheduled to work core business hours, Monday-Friday, there may be times when additional hours are necessary.
The salary ranges for this position are outlined below:
Entry level salary range: $66,912 - $100,368
Mid-level salary range: $80,294 - $120,442
Senior level salary range: $92,647 - $148,236
The final offered salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform data analysis using SPC, Real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain the performance of the equipment.
- Plan and perform preventative maintenance of eqp. with technician team.
- Develop and Implement improvements for availability and reliability of equipment.
- Continuous Improvement in Quality performance, Cost, and Throughput.
- Track and maintain adequate spare parts inventory for maintenance needs to limit tool down time.
- Interact with both internal customers and vendors as needed to improve the performance and modification of equipment as needed.
- Supervise and support the installation or move of equipment.
- Troubleshoot tool issues of complex electric and mechanical systems to quickly diagnose and repair.
Requirements:
- Understanding of principle of metrology addition to SPC and DOE.
- Strong computer skills with MS Office suite of applications.
- Good communication skills both Oral and Written in English (Chinese is helpful but not required).
- Multi-tasking and project management skills to balance and follow-thru with many tasks at once meeting deadlines and executing plans.
- Work with Manufacturing and Process counterparts to achieve quality and capacity goals.
- Familiar with 200mm metrology tool sets (More than 5 years' experience):
- Overlay Measurement: Schlumberger IVS 130
- Inline CD SEM Measurement: Hitachi model 88xx, 92xx, 93xx
- Lumonic Laser Mark Sigma 6
- Nikon OPTI V Microscope
- Any other KLA metrology tool models: Surface 6420, OP2600, TP500, AIT XP, 2138
