Job Title/High Level Position Summary:
Based in Austin, Texas, the Senior Director, HRBP for our Surgical business unit will support a global business and will partner with executives in Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Enabling Technologies and Commercial Operations. This role will be focused on driving our talent strategy and functional processes across the business unit.

In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, developing, and coaching direct reports.
- Being a hands-on leader who is willing and able to meet with both senior leaders and associates. The HR role is both tactical and strategic. To be successful, you will need to work on both sides of this spectrum.
- Understanding the needs of all our employees, regardless of level.
- Executing Enovis Surgical talent strategy through partnership with leaders and employees. You will gain experience working in a global business and play a key role in the structure and development of our teams.
- Working as a true HR Expert and collaborating and building camaraderie with the functional (COE) HR team to deliver workforce planning, talent management, performance management and all other HR services across the business.
- Building strong relationships that allow you to work through difficult situations to achieve optimal outcomes and be a positive influence to execute HR strategy.
- Providing Business Partnership to our leaders to drive key business results for the enterprise. Provide guidance on HR matters and be the subject matter expert.
- Proactively coaching managers, directors and business leaders on HR and business- related issues.
- Leadership through implementing and delivering solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate.
- Providing HR Insights with data. You will need to interpret data, ask critical questions, and present data/recommendations to senior leaders.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years additional equivalent work experience required
- 10+ years of work experience required
- Previous HR or role-related experience required
- 5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups
- Experience collaborating across a matrix.
- Experience coaching leaders to build high performing teams and stewarding HR processes throughout the talent lifecycle
