Under Armour is looking for a Sr. Cyber Security Analyst to help Protect This House. This individual will work in the growing Global Information and Cyber Security team in helping expand the cyber risk department. This individual will ensure the security's teams eyes are on the prize, focused, and maturing. The main objective for this role is to help in risk identification, perform assessments, control monitoring, and variance reporting. In addition, helping to set security expectations for the organization to follow. The scope is global, and includes vendor, project, systems, networks, digital space, and architectures.
- Conduct Cyber Security risk assessments of UA's vendors, partners and suppliers
- Evaluate hardware and software components, third-party services and data management solutions for Cyber Security risks and verify associated security controls
- Assist in identifying information assets, business processes, systems, and architectures which are important to the organization
- Assist Cyber Security team in meeting maturity benchmarks as determined by leadership.
- Perform third party risk assessments and develop guidance that addresses gaps
- Assist with adherence to vendor management, risk, and information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assist with assessments in coordination with Under Armour's privacy department to ensure adequate controls are being met.
- Work with subject matter experts in drafting security architectures to be shared within the organization.
- Ability to effectively communicate risks via verbal, scorecards, profiles, and other methods to information security teammates and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree.
- NIST Special Publication 800-53 rev 5;
- NIST Cyber Security Framework;
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA and ISO 27001 or AICPA SOC 1 & SOC 2 frameworks
- Knowledge of a GRC tool
- Preferred: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CRISC (Certified Risk and Information Systems Control) certification

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
