Location Requirements: Must reside in Southern CA. Must be in the Southern California areas of Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.
Job Description:
As a Sr. Customer Service Representative for the Call Center, you will be responsible for various tasks linked with customer and client services.
Responsibilities:
Answer 50-70 Inbound Calls daily
Resolve Member/Provider Inquiries
Provide Claims disposition
Provide Authorization status
Master internal department workflow processes
Ability to demonstrate Empathy/Compassion
Requirements:
Healthcare experience working within a call center environment
Claims knowledge
Eligibility
Risk-payment methodologies (FFS vs CAP)
Ability to attain quality call outcomes - provide 5-star service
Bilingual Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi, Korean, Chinese preferred (any or all)
Dependable/Reliable/Punctual

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
