In this role, you will be a critical member of the Amazon platform team, collaborating with Business Development Managers and Brand/Marketing Managers, to drive sales, share and profitability on Amazon. Your unique contributions will require leveraging advanced analytics to optimize current business performance, drive future business planning, and even influence long-term brand strategy. You will collaborate with many different disciplines, including Brand Management, Shopper Insights, IT, Finance and Supply Chain, and will report to Sr. Team Leader, Category Management - Amazon & Costco.
In this role, you will:

  • Deliver insights-based analysis across the shopper path to purchase including traffic & conversion levers, execution of eCommerce DPSM (e.g. VPC, Share of Search, Ratings & Reviews...) and continuous measurement & feedback on existing plans
  • Analyze short-term business performance to identify actionable opportunities to improve business results in-year, including gap closure
  • Partner to build long-term / future year plans that lead to sustainable sales growth for Kimberly-Clark and Amazon
  • Ability to leverage existing data to recommend business decisions while simultaneously improving capabilities through data management (e.g. audits, hierarchy updates, harmonizing disparate data sets, partnering with IT to develop efficient data strategies and help lead implementation)
  • Leverage data, insights and facts to formulate a clear and comprehensive story
  • Ability to clearly articulate business objectives, highlight key learnings and make sound recommendations
  • Leverage and reinvent best in class eCom Category Development analytics and capabilities, to drive dynamic Category and Brand growth for K-C on Amazon platform
  • Be a thought leader in emerging e-Commerce market delivery channels, evolving consumer & shopper behavior and how to best activate to drive growth at Amazon

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years in an insights or data analytics function, CPG and eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Expertise in various eCommerce data sources including, but not limited to: Edge by Ascential (One Click Retail), Stackline, Content Analytics, Amazon Brand View Pro, panel data (e.g.Numerator, Nielsen), etc
  • Experience with data science, and/or, developing Tableau & Power BI reports
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and proven knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Focus on delivering results, strong leadership skills, especially teamwork and decisiveness
  • Openness to taking calculated risks and trying to achieve objectives in new ways
  • Ability to prioritize the most important work, and agility to be flexible in order to maximize business impact
  • Proven track-record of influencing others across levels and business functions
