- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience with Excel
- 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter that is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy diving deep into performance data and analytics and be comfortable in fast moving, complex and matrixed environments. You should have experience with video content acquisition, advertising and/or social platforms. You are an analytical and data-driven product leader, who can communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and represent the business both internally and externally.

- Consistently own and deliver deep dives in the form of narratives to influence business decisions,
- Own ASV Growth WBR and MBR
- Define creator segmentation and analysis to influencer monetary and non-monetary structures, leading to a self-sustaining and efficient content acquisition flywheel
- Think strategically about the future of the livestream and shoppable video space and how we drive adoption and scale. Learn & be curious about industry dynamics and innovation.
- Partner with data teams to influence data visualization roadmaps
- Define approach to analyzing monetization program to deliver ongoing actionable insights to scale revenue
Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is a new strategic program that leverages the potential of video to help millions of customers find product inspiration, learn more about products they are interested in, and interact with great creators and their communities every day across the globe. We enable customers to find relevant content and explore our vast library of product focused videos on our home experiences across desktop, mobile and FireTV, and throughout their shopping journey on Amazon. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
