·Business Analyst – ISO Compliance
·10 + years of Insurance experience preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
·Insurance policy and claims system experienced.
· Must have an experience on US Insurance Compliance like- ISO, Regulatory, Statutory Reporting etc.
· Overall experience as a BA in handling client requirements and the good analytical Skills.
· Good knowledge on SQL database to analyse policy and claims data.
· Hands on experience in Data migration and product implementation.
· Good experience on Microsoft excel to handle the data.
· Identify and analyse data discrepancies and data quality issues.
· Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements.
· Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
· Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills.
