- Experience with the State of Michigan Methodology - Must be able to hit the ground running!

- 10+ Years' experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) session facilitation.

- 8+ Years' experience writing requirements for COTS solutions.

- 4+ Years' experience with large scale enterprise-wide vendor solution deployment for Enrollment Broker system

- Experience with SOW, RFP, RFC, etc.

- MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills (Customer and Client facing role)

Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.

On-site: Candidates MUST be local at time of acceptance. Relocation is acceptable (no assistance provided) for candidate's who have all requirements including SOMI experience. Currently local candidate's will be highly preferred.

Position will be hybrid, onsite 2 days a week (Mon/Tue). NO remote only option.

Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
