Your role at Baxter
As the Senior Analyst for Total rewards, you will provide support for the assessment, design and implementation of compensation and incentive programs and policies. Provide analytical support required for the administration of compensation plans and programs.
What you'll be doing
- Participate in the development of compensation and incentive programs and policies. Analyze compensation and incentive programs and policies. Participate in implementation activities. Includes base pay programs, incentives, etc.
- Conduct job evaluations. Works with Field HR and management to understand and define the role. Resolve exempt/non-exempt status (US/PR only).
- Conduct, analyze and participate in surveys to study labor markets and salary trends so as to establish Baxter budgets, pay rates, and other actions.
- Work with Shared Services on survey submission and survey data management. Analyze survey data during annual EMV/structure update processes to identify issues and resolve actions.
- Support the administration of all compensation plans and programs in partnership with compensation CoE, Shared Services and other team members.
- Maintain documentation of global compensation plan information.
- Research and resolve issues/inquiries related to the plans, processes and tools involved in compensation.
- Participate in functional reviews. Analyze market data to price jobs (including incentives and stock options), conduct impact analysis, and develop recommendations/ action plans.
- Support Annual Compensation Review (ACR), pay and step structure, location differentials (City Clusters), and other processes.
- 3 + years of compensation experience; experience in global company is a plus.
- Experience with HR and Compensation systems, preferably Workday and Payfactors.
- Knowledge of U.S. HR practices, procedures, required documentation and compliance requirements required
- Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.; Excel skills to include formulas, charts, lookups, pivot tables, macros and statistical modeling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and customer focus.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 to $99,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses).
