This position works out in our facilities in Lake Forest IL, in the Diagnostics Division.

What You'll Work On
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Serve as the highest-level technical support to multiple end users.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Top level technical expert supporting multiple end user groups.
• Work with user groups to identify and solve business problems with all available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.
• Requires broad and deep technical experience related to studying and analyzing system's needs, systems development, systems process analysis, design, and re-engineering.
• The Specialist level will have highly developed skills and experience in business management, systems engineering, operations research, and management engineering.
• Typically requires specialization in multiple software or business applications utilized in an end user environment.
• Keeps abreast of technological developments and applications and uses that information to proactively initiate enhancements to mitigate against future problems.
• Will often coach or mentor less senior support professionals.
Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (± 13 years)
• Experience/Background: Minimum 4 years

$71,300.00 - $142,700.00
