Job Duties
- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (supporting schedules, journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
- Ad-hoc reports
- Record daily bank transactions.
- Perform AP functions
- Track cash
- Prepare information for annual external audit and tax return preparation.
- Prepare sales and property tax reports
- Act as liaison to: Surety company, Bank, Insurance provider(s), CPA firm
- Support Direct Report Manager, Finance Controller, as necessary
- Maintain required financial files and accounting records
- Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA preferred
