We are partnering with a well-respected School District in Tucson, Arizona that is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Speech Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. They would prefer someone with previous School, Early Childhood, or Pediatric Experience. The schedule will be full-time, 7.5 hours per day, Monday-Friday (37.5 per week). This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. The assignment is for elementary students and includes providing direct therapy, attending individualized education program meetings (IEPs), writing IEP reports, performing assessments and screenings, working closely with other members of the Special Education Department. Expect medium caseloads Most therapy is taking place over Zoom as of now, but there are some cases where SLPs will need to work with a student in person.
