Specialist I, Experiential Learning Placement

Position Summary

Specialist I, Experiential Learning Placement will support Experiential Learning Placements by verifying clearance determinations as established by higher-level specialists and provide operational and administrative support to ensure all Experiential Learning sites have complete documentation for placements.

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

• Processes placement verifications by reviewing partner requirements through multiple vendor systems.
• Provides outreach to learners regarding placement needs until resolution is achieved.
• Provides timely verifications for requested information and documents.
• Provides real-time updates to credentialing regarding learner compliance.
• Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• An associate degree from an accredited institution or completion of equivalent certification is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience processing applications and credentialing in an education or healthcare environment is required.
• Demonstrated experience producing professional communication and correspondence is required.
• Demonstrated experience providing a high standard of customer service.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
