BSN Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Drop Ship Specialist to oversee our Drop Shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

BSN Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Drop Ship Specialist to oversee our Drop Shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors to facilitate smooth Drop Shipping processes.
- Coordinate and process orders from various sales channels and ensure accurate transmission to suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Track shipments and manage delivery timelines to meet customer expectations.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, shipping, or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels using appropriate software or tools.
- Analyze data and trends to optimize the Drop Shipping process and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer service, and warehouse personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Drop Shipping and logistics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (4 years) in Drop Shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
