Drop Ship Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

This person is responsible for managing all aspects of the Drop Ship process from product designation to order placement. This person would be the direct contact point for FULLBEAUTY Brands merchants, logistics, customer service, Ecommerce team, imaging team, copywriters, and Commerce Hub.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with the merchants and potential Drop Ship vendors during the on boarding process, such as providing agreements/contracts for merchants, finding solutions to vendor inquiries, and providing all legal documents to Accounts Payable, EDI supplier, and Commerce Hub
• Manage the Drop Ship process to streamline items online by working closely with the merchants, copywriters, imaging team, and Ecommerce team to make sure all deadlines are met and ensure that Drop Ship products across all brands are live on the website in a timely manner
• Communicate daily as liaison for all areas of Drop Ship including logistics in Indianapolis, customer service in El Paso, and accounts payable to improve vendor performance, order processing, packing lists, returns, UPC codes, cost/retail errors and resolve all order delinquencies.
• Build all Drop Ship product info into the mainframe which includes colors, retail, cost, size scales, and UPC Codes. Also responsible for any updates requested by the merchant for this info.
• Review and monitor Commerce Hub Performance reports to identify problematic vendors with high cancels and delayed shipments
• Create weekly and monthly reports to deploy to all merchants in order to monitor and identify vendors who do not comply with our company requirements. Make recommendations based on this reporting.
• Deploy weekly inventory reports to merchants for third party vendors to update PO’s and inventory accordingly
• Ensure vendor documents of FULLBEAUTY Brands are all updated for all Drop Ship vendors including packing lists, PO’s, agreements, implementation forms, and authorization forms

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Drop Ship or E-Commerce operations department
• Detail oriented, organized, ability to multi –task.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
