SalarySTARK is seeking to hire an experienced Special Accounts Operations Coordinator.
Shift: 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Supervisor
- Data Management (Product, Item Creation, Data Entry)
- Product Data Checks
- Coordinating product submissions/updates
- Tracking Orders from purchase and fabrication to shipment and invoice
- Updates accounts on order statuses via email
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Self-motivated, computer proficient, Microsoft Office proficient, strong oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Work Environment:
This position requires work in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.
