Speakeasy Now Hiring Mixologist And Bartenders

Job Overview:

Secret Room NY is re-branding and re-opening as an exclusive Speakeasy in Midtown. We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist + multiple bartenders to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique and delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. $250 min guarantee per night

Responsibilities:

- Help design and create the menu for opening, prepare a wide variety of cocktails and mixed drinks according to customer preferences

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning utensils

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Upsell additional products and promotions to increase sales

- Stay updated on current industry trends and new cocktail recipes

- Handle cash transactions accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume establishment

- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills

- Knowledge of food handling procedures is preferred

- Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

INTERVIEWS

Pay: $250.00 - $600.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
