Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery is nestled in the Adirondacks overlooking French Mountain. We make and sell spirits such as whiskey, vodka, gin, moonshine, and cellos.
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to educate customers about Springbrook products, create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all State and Government regulations
Explain the distillation process to guests
Provide accurate feedback on tasing profiles of Springbrook Spirits
Additional requirements:
Opening and closing duties require general cleaning of all Tasting Room facilities including; cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, waste removal, sweeping and mopping of the facility.
General cleaning must be maintained throughout business hours.
Candidates will be required to adhere to sanitation guidelines.

The Candidate should have Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity.
Sharp eye for details leading to excellence.
Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively
And the ability to recognize and acknowledge other peoples' ideas.
The suitable Candidate should have minimum 2-3 Years of relevant experience.
