As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and promoting our insurance and financial products to the Spanish-speaking community in the Silver Spring area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Spanish-speaking community.
- Educate clients on State Farm's insurance and financial products, including auto, home, life, and health.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
