Requirements
- Medical Receptionist 1 year (Preferred)
- Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients

Call Center Duties and Responsibilities
The Call Center Representative's primary responsibility is to greet/answer patient's incoming calls, making sure their patient forms are completed and their appointment is confirmed. They might also communicate with the patient any details related to their specific appointment. The Call Center may also be responsible for scheduling their next re-care or restorative appointment as well as submit and verify insurances for that patient. Other responsibilities include...
