At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our team.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
As a Home Health Aide in the Davenport area, you'll play a vital role. Your responsibilities:
- Providing essential care and support to our clients.
- Assisting with daily activities, personal care, light housekeeping.
- Providing companionshipAssist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
- Transportation will be needed
To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. CPR Certificate or Card
3. Communicate in Spanish
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Maintain a neat appearance
6. A Good Attitude!
