As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist clients with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about gym to any new members inquiring
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area and gym
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
- Knowledge of Google Suite or similar software is a plus

Pay: $16.75 - $17.00 per hour
