Spanish Interpreter
Job Summary and Responsibilities
Interpreter assists in Herzog tasks as translator between Spanish-speaking employees and their co-workers, foreman, manager. Additionally, interpreter helps transport Spanish-speaking employees to Herzog jobsite, appointments, etc. as needed and as available. Interpreter assists staff to engage in culturally informed care through discussing cultural norms, experiences, and expectations of the Latino population. Additional responsibilities as qualified include representing Herzog at community events, outreach, networking with community leaders and other duties as determined by supervising and leadership staff.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Native Spanish-speaking proficiency. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Valid driver's license and good driving record is preferred but not required. Cultural understanding of the Latino population.
Work Hours
Full-time: 40 hours per week

Pay: $25.00 per hour or more depending on experience.

Schedule: - 40 hour work weeks with paid overtime.
- Monday to Friday, with weekend work available.
- Must be willing to travel.
