A Spanish Analyst’s main responsibilities are to process new business received by the company and maintain advances for field agents. They are also responsible for answering questions from agents regarding commissions, underwriting, and basic policyholder concerns. A Spanish Analyst provides exceptional customer service when assisting our agents and other associates. Quality and accuracy are key for this position.
Responsibilities
- Process applications accurately
- Communicate with agents as needed and provide friendly customer service
- Review daily commissions
- Complete audits
- Assist with other department tasks as needed
