Address - BC / Family Nurse Practitioner
-Minimum of 3 years experience serving infants to adults
- Outpatient primary care community health setting
- Approved National Health Service Corp site
- Full-time schedule:
- 8:30-5pm M,W, TH and F
- 10-7pm Tues
- 8:30-1: 00 pm two Saturdays per month (Additional compensation)
- See 15-20 patients per day
- Must be willing to serve or receive training to treat patients with HIV (less that 5% of patients) and willing to cover other sites in Broward County if needed.
- Shared after hours phone call. Month at a time, 1-2 months per year
- Physicians have collaborative agreements for consultation purposes with NPs. Clinical Director providers supervision.
- EMR: EPIC
- Employed W2 position
- Reimbursement for fees (licenses, medical association membership, etc.)
- 3 weeks vacation; 8 paid holidays, 5 sick days
