We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting
- Provide education and counseling to patients on preventive healthcare measures, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in coding and medical terminology
- Proficiency in performing procedures such as suturing, wound care, catheterization, and phlebotomy
- Familiarity with laboratory testing and interpretation of results
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
