SUMMARY
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression, booking appointments, and maintaining a clean and inviting reception and treatment areas. Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating an environment of hospitality and luxury, and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
• Greet members and guests upon arrival to the Spa
• Check guests into the spa and direct them where to go for their treatment
• Book appointments, provide information about the Spa and services
• Deliver exceptional service experience to guests with the goal of retaining guests for repeat business
Cleanliness
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels of spa lobby, retail displays and Relaxation Room
• Assisting with Laundry duties
Communication and Relationships
• Communicate timely and follow up, as appropriate
• Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information
• Active participation in required events, required programs, required meetings and required trainings
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
• Flexibility in work schedule, as job may require day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays
Miscellaneous
Communicate, verbally and in writing, with other departments, employees and guests.
Bring all dirty laundry and rags to the laundry room.
Complete maintenance work orders and deliver them to a designated area in a timely manner to report problems with treatment rooms or spa grounds.
Assist guests with questions or requests.
Have a thorough knowledge of safety and emergency procedures and be able to execute them when necessary.
Demonstrates loyalty and trustworthiness to the entire Mirabel Hotel and Restaurant Group.
Perform other duties as directed, developed, or assigned.
