Job Overview:
V Line Cosmetic Clinic is currently accepting applications for a friendly, outgoing, dedicated Clinic Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for motivated team players comfortable working in a structured environment at a self-contained Medical Spa.
Our clients provide V Line Clinic with a dedicated clientele, and we encourage a strong customer service focus in our team. V Line Clinic is one of the most luxurious private medical spa in the area. We provide the finest-quality treatments, facilities, and services.
The receptionist is responsible for delivering a first class and consistent customer service experience to every client who walks into our clinic. The receptionist answers phone calls, answers general inquiries of treatments, schedules appointments for treatments, helps to sell products, and maintains a smooth flow of clinic operations while on shift.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting members and guests when they enter the clinic
- Check the clients in and provide forms to fill out
- Register clients info into systems
- Understand and anticipate the needs of our clients
- Answer phone calls and provide information to general inquires about treatments, prices or schedules
- Efficiently and precisely schedule appointments on clinic systems
- Handles client info data entry and check out transactions
- Accountable for spa opening and/or closing duties
- Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and support needs of consultants and service providers
- Ability to work Saturdays, evening, and occasional holiday shifts.
- Assist in maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the clinic
- Support clinic marketing events and promotions
- Organize clinic paper works and responsible for the cleanliness of the front desk at all time
Qualified candidates :
- Previous Med Spa or Medical office receptionist experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication with clients and other employees
- Professional, friendly manner and appearance
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Hold strong interest or knowledge in Aesthetics field
- A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
