Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients so that their experience at HealthTrack Day Spa is memorable: receive clients, assist them with their needs and perform various administrative duties. Work closely with the Spa Manager to educate, promote and sell merchandise on an on-going basis. Schedule appointments for clients and process all monetary transactions accurately. Answer phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner to obtain appropriate information and to address the client’s needs. Complete and file paperwork and assist with projects as needed. Help keep spa and receptionist area clean and professional.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED, and retail and/or customer service experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills a must. Friendly, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude. The need for exceptional phone skills, strong organizational skills, time management skills and of course being ateam player.
Must have Friday and Saturday Availability.
All HTSW staff are required to be trained in CPR/AED/1st Aid. Training is provided at HTSW.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
