Med Spa Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Med-Spa Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our medical office. Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

- Collect client information and update records

- Answer phone calls and address clients inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department

- Assist with data entry and order entry tasks

- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Med-Spa receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proficient in computerized systems, including data entry and order entry

- Familiarity with Vagaro

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth flow of appointments and address any client requests or concerns.

- Provide clients with information about our services, products, and promotions.

- Monitor inventory of retail products and assist with restocking as needed.

- Follow all spa policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional environment for clients and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.04 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
