Who We're Looking For:
The Spa Manager possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, ensuring the seamless operation and high-quality services of the spa. They prioritize client needs, oversee employee performance, and effectively execute the SkinBoss vision.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally conducts themself with Clients and staff.
- Time commitment: 30-35 hours per week in the office.
- Demonstrates and coaches an exceptional Client experience.
- Leadership-focused, with the ability to elevate employees. Manages daily task checkout, performance reviews, hiring, and onboarding emphasizing continual training and education.
- Oversees daily operations, as well as Spa facility maintenance.
- Collaborates in SkinBoss business leadership
- Manages financial strategies to increase revenue, manage operating expenses, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
- Weekly reporting of analytics highlighting current trends with the spa.
- This role reports directly to the Owner.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented.
- Previous Management experience in a similar field is a must.
- Solution-oriented, seeks creative solutions for complex problems.
- Approachable, able to build relationships with employees, Clients, and vendors.
- Authoritative, Someone not afraid to lead, and enforce Spa policies.
- Excels with efficient time management organization.
- Positive attitude, collaborative, and open to feedback.
- The ability to adopt the brand voice, and technical terminology and act as an extension of the business.
