Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and organized spa environment. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both staff and clients.
Duties:
- Supervise and train spa staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service
- Required to work 20-25 hours a week at the front desk scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facility
- Manage staff schedules including time cards and time off requests
- Handle cash handling procedures, including reconciling cash register at the end of each day
Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and experience managing stock levels
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for clients
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
