Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information about the company, products, and services to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Schedule appointments and manage the Front Desk calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with product demos and retail sales as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [additional language(s)]
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Sales experience is a plus, especially in jewelry sales
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
