Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Social Media Management
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
Skills:
- Office management skills, including the ability to transcribe documents and maintain records
- Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests and callers
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Ability to coordinate projects and tasks with attention to detail
- Front desk experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Social Media Management Skill
