**Front Desk Receptionist**
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Be the face and voice of our spa
- Answer phone calls and guide guests to their ideal spa experience and services.
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its products.
- Schedule appointments for service provider team members. Call clients to fill cancellations.
- Assist with data entry, and maintaining cleanliness and appearance of our beauty boutique.
- Fast paced position: Identify priorities to make everyone feel valued and nurtured.
- Previous experience working in a spa setting is preferred but not a deal breaker
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with computer systems
- Excellent attention to detail and to identify guest needs and wants.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Reception experience a must!
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team, and visitors
