As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment. You will handle inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and clients warmly as they arrive.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
Handle reservations and booking inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and reservation systems.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
